The tiring daily routine, high amount of work load, bills, family issues etc. just put a person in immense amount of stress. Now, you may feel that there is nothing you can do and it would be difficult to fight stress and improve your health. First of all, make your mind clear of all the misunderstanding. Your mind is in your control and you need to know that the stress you are taking is affecting your health adversely and that, you have to fight stress so that you can remain healthy.
