This is really an important one as it strengthens your eyes naturally and allows you to enjoy optimal vision on the go. If your eyes are tired and you can’t continue with any task, the following exercise will give you a great quick relief.

  1. Circle your eyes clockwise 10 times and then repeat it with anticlockwise circular motion.
  2. Place any object like pen or a finger 6-inch away from the nose, start staring at it for at least 5 five seconds. Then, shift your focus by staring on the other object behind the first object. Repeat this exercise 10 times for 2 minutes.
  3. You can use your palms to sooth your eyes instantly. Rub them together to get some heat and then place them on your eyes for 5 to 10 seconds. Repeat this procedure 3 times in order to keep your eyes fresh.

Diet

You can also improve your diet by eating vitamin-rich food. It will give your body a great strength apart from improving your eyesight. Try to eat food which is full of vitamins and set an eating schedule for your whole day. This will surely help you maintain healthy eyes.
